This is genius I dont know why someone has come up with this concept sooner. Im on vacation struggling with strep throat and was able to access a fully Certified doctor in minutes. This process was so easy, ill definitely felt be using this again

Why is this app even IN our App Store? No part of this service is available in Canada! Nowhere does it tell you that in the description either. Id give zero stars if I could. Why offer an app you cant use? The idea of this app is amazing, but after reading the description & downloading, you only THEN find out its not for use outside the U.S.. HUGE FAIL APPLE & DR. PHIL SHOW!!!! AND WHY ARE ALL YOU CANADIANS GIVING AN APP THAT WONT WORK IN CANADA, 4 & 5 STARS?? You should edit your review & reduce it! It leads others to believe it works here & it does NOT. (I contacted them)

Too bad this service is not available if you dont have a US zip code. They are working on it and hope it will be soon!

I have PTSD both as a retired veteran and emergency responder. I was having an episode and actually talked myself down from an anxiety attack which most likely would have had me ending up in Emerg. I needed someone to talk to, did a search for counselling services online, and found the app. Sent in my note after registering saying I really needed to talk to someone, that was over an hour ago. If I had been someone in a worse depressed state or not able to bring myself down, it very easily could have ended up a lot worse than me just bawling. In my opinion, this is a very dangerous app, if they cannot offer what they advertise. Ultimate FAIL

So I am transitioning into a new job and state and have been sick for a couple weeks. I tried everything and I would get better a little and then worse again so I decided that I needed antibiotics. This Dr did not want to prescribe me them but I insisted and he did. He was nice but based on what I told him, he should have offered to prescribe them as I was in a lot of pain the night before and having had tonsillitis before, thats what it felt like.. He advised me to do a few things that i had already tried so i knew i needed antibiotics. Anyways, i got them and the visit was short and easy and less than 24 hrs later.. I feel a little better

Considering it usually take over a week to get an appointment with my primary, this was amazing. The whole process took 10 minutes, in which I met with a friendly local doctor who went over my symptoms and wrote a prescription

This service is a lifesaver. Ive saved myself from missing work several times both for myself and when my kids are ill. I will definitely use this service again!

I had a minor infection but I knew I needed antibiotics. I was not looking forward to going to a med clinic and waiting around forever, so I tried this app which was recommended by my insurance. It took 5 minutes and I was able to get the meds I needed right away!

Dr. On Demand is amazing and super easy! Saves time, travel expense, and lessening the chance of getting sick frm others visiting a clinic.

What a wonderful app. Especially great when you have several children and only one is ill. Video visit saves you from having to expose well children to germs at a doctors office.

This is definitely an awesome app. Whenever I cant make it to the Dr, I simply open this app and make an appointment. It is very convenient and the doctors are SUPER friendly.

Super easy, reasonably priced, and my doctor was great!! I get migraines and couldnt get an appt w/my dr for four days so I thought I would try this...LOVE IT!!

It was a Friday afternoon and I texted my sister telling her I felt very sick and I that I was probably going to drive myself to an emergency clinic. Thats when she told me about Doctor on Demand. I am so thankful she told me about this. I just had a face time call with a doctor who called me in medicine to treat the flu. So easy and convenient!!! I didnt have to drive myself sick anywhere. And my nice sister picked up the meds that my doctor from Doctor on Demand called in for me. I never even had to leave the couch. Thats what I call service!!!!

Had bad experience with DR. T Kelly. I get she pre judged me and not my condition. I went to my real live doctor and told him the issue and he instantly gave me the medication and laughed when I told him that DR Kelly told me Clonidine had a high "street value"? Really!! Its for high blood pressure. Its not that she did not give the script its the way she talked with me like I was asking for nuclear launch codes or something......Im a former debt collector for years so I can read people by their voice and FaceTime makes it that much more obvious.... Maybe she is a good doc and was just having a bad day? NOW MY 2nd VISIT WAS WONDERFUL!!!! I got DR. AMY HALANSKI and she was very pleasant and looked at my foot via my iPhone 6 camera and seen my toe was clearly infected (white puss + Red swollen toe=infection)and has been for over month! When I brought it up to DR T KELLY she made it seem like it was a complicated process and wasnt able to diagnose by looking at it! So I had to pay for another visit hoping to get another Doctor and THANK GOD I GOT DR AMY HALANSKI !!!!! My toe hurts so bad right now I wasnt confident after my first visit I would get a Doc that would actually judge the symptoms and condition and not the patient. Im glad I gave it another shot. Got my antibiotics. By next week no more infected toe!!! AGAIN THANK YOU DR AMY HALANSKI 5 Stars!!!!!

I was going to have my first visit tonight. But as I was going through the whole process. It flashed up on my screen that Dr on demand is not available in the state of Alaska ☹️

A little funny at first, but, a new experience is already like that. Dr was attentive, sympathetic, and comprehensive in diagnosing and medications for sinusitis. Great not spending a fortune and doing it from home. Yes, I would do this again.

How wonderful to have a consult with a doctor in the comfort of your home! They access the camera and mic on your phone so you can see the doc too and they can examine you. Perfect!
